Viberate: Weekly Report Email

Here’s the Audience Dashboard 🎉

Viberate: Audience Dashboard

You can now monitor the artist’s audience in one dashboard, which comes especially handy when planning marketing campaigns. Find the template in the “Dashboards” drop-down list. It contains:

  1. Top countries in a simple overview.
  2. Audience by country with a map and a detailed table breaking down followers by channel and location.
  3. Audience by city with a map and a table covering Spotify monthly listeners, YouTube monthly views, and Instagram followers.
  4. Audience gender & age, visualized across channels and analyzed in detail.

Every Artist Gets a “Tracks” Dashboard

Viberate: Tracks Dashboard

Here’s another template, accessible in the “Dashboards” drop-down list. All the artist’s tracks are now gathered in their “Track” dashboard. It contains these sections:

  1. Compare Tracks: Compare the performance of the artist’s tracks across different channels and timeframes in one graph.
  2. Artist Tracks: Adjust the chart of the artist’s tracks by release date, performance in different timeframes, and on specific channels.

Let’s Compare Tracks!

Viberate: Compare Tracks

The “Compare Tracks” section enables a simple way of replicating good practice. You can also find it in the artist’s “Overview” dashboard.

See which track was the most successful and assess the promotional efforts behind it. Or simply compare which songs best resonate with the fans on Spotify, YouTube, and SoundCloud, which are the most playlisted and radio-friendly and which caught the attention of Shazamers.

  1. Select the tracks you want to compare: A default view will show you the biggest hits. To analyze other tracks, type them in and add them to the graph. By clicking the “X” button, you’ll remove the track. By clicking the “👁️“ you can compare the stats without a specific track.
  2. Set the timeframe: Compare the 12-month performance to see their long-term cycle or go for a shorter 1- or 3-month period to assess recent movements.
  3. Select the metric: Compare the tracks by performance on different channels.
