What are we doing about all of this?

So I know in these politically emotionally and physically violent times, with attacks on our identities, our values, and our hope for an inclusive critically thinking society, that we have our own ways of navigating it. Writing, art, dialogue, protest, dialogue, voting, teaching. I wonder, from any of you willing to engage in this conversation, how are we helping children navigate all of this? what tools to manage anxiety, to carry hope, and to stay willing to think hard, challenge, and work towards change..not giving up. Your thoughts? How are you doing?
