Avoid animal products
RAW for the Week of Oct 23rd, 2017
If you are a carnivore, be a lacto-ovo-vegetarian for the upcoming week (can consume milk and eggs). If you are a lacto-ovo-vegetarian be a lacto-vegetarian for the upcoming week (no eggs). If you are a lacto-vegetarian, be a vegan. If you can, go straight to being a vegan.
For one week do not buy any animal products which includes honey, leather, silk, wool etc.
