Namah Te from Sacramento!

i hope this message finds all my fellow seekers infinitely, incessantly and independently Joyous!

What are you thinking about now?
What are you thinking about now?
What are you thinking about now?

Have you ever paused and reflected on HOW are you thinking?

Kena Upanishad is a comprehensive guide on thinking about thinking. Specifically, Chapter 4 Verse 8 is a ‘valedictory address’ on living for Life. Let us sit near and below our E-Vichara

E-Vichara (October 28, 2019) — — Behind Thoughts

  • tapa (burning) — is engaging in intentional disciplines to be able to endure uninvited difficulties — communing with people we do not know, we do not like, is an ideal practice to burn down comfort zones
  • dama (controlling) — is calming the body in the fight against pleasure — committing to long distance running is an ideal practice to regulate our exercising and eating
  • karma (acting) — is remembering our efforts are for purification of the mind — caring about every thought, word and deed is an ideal practice to bring meaning to all we do
  • tasyai iti pratishtha (techniques are the feet of the Scripture) — Upanishad is an external guide to internal humility — celebrating all who have contributed to who we are and what we have is an ideal practice to being open
  • veda sarvangani (teachings are the arms of the Scripture) — Veda is insights into peace in the world and Peace beyond the world — checking the details of what is Infinite and what is finite is an ideal practice to being faithful
  • satyam ayatanam (Truth is the head of the Scripture) — Sanatana Dharma is a way of life to be Joyous — conceding the sense of separation from creation-Creator is an ideal practice to feel Consciousness
