    Write what enlightenment will feel like. (a minimum of 1 paragraph and a maximum of 1 page)
  • Jun 9, 2020 RAW
    Assess what percentage of the 4 Ds do you have and create your own dashboards.
  • Jun 16, 2020 RAW
    At least once a day, be hungry until you feel you need to address it and watch yourself being hungry.
  • Jun 23, 2020 RAW
    Using all of your senses, keep on inputting OM, be it by seeing, hearing, smelling, touching, etc.

July 2020

    Feel that your body, mind and intellect is your prabha (your radiance). Feel that this is an expression of infinity
  • Jul 14, 2020 RAW
    Set in your mind a time every evening to be in mauna and for the whole week be in mauna from that time.

    Write out the changes you are going to make to your intention as a plan
  • Jul 28, 2020 RAW
    Focus on your Raechika (breathe out) and Puraka (breathe in). Every time you breathe out you should feel there is less duality and less sadness and Every time you breathe in you should feel invigorated by oneness

    Yukta is one who is integrating themselves. Yukta leads to mukta (one who is free). This week you are to be Yukta with everything you do, like your sleeping, your work, your eating etc.

    Nourish and work on the virtue Being Vigilant (or focused or observant) so you are ready to start Drg Drsya Viveka on September 15th when we meet again.
