Conde Nast Entertainment has named former StumbleUpon and DigitasLBi executive Teal Newland as its new senior vice president of marketing and partner management.

In the role, which she takes over starting July 13, Newland will be responsible for marketing digital content produced by CNE for its brand channels, as well as managing distribution and syndication partnerships with a growing number of media companies.

Newland comes to CNE from StumbleUpon, where she led consumer and trade marketing, revenue and advertising solutions, and media partnerships. Prior to StumbleUpon, she was a VP at DigitasLBi, representing clients such as American Express, Delta Airlines, Intel, and Samsung.

CNE’s digital video network includes 19 channels and an online video portal called The Scene. Since the network’s launch in 2013, the company says it’s produced more than 4,000 videos and generated more than 2.5 billion views on YouTube, The Scene, and other platforms. Later this year, CNE will launch its 20th channel, Vida Belleza, which will be devoted to programming for female Latino millennials.

The Scene, meanwhile, currently offers 40 video channels, including every CNE channel as well as channels from partners such as BuzzFeed, The Verge, SoulPancake, Red Bull, The Players’ Tribune, Warner Music, Pitchfork, The Onion, CollegeHumor, ABC News, and MLS.
