Former O2L Members Ricky Dillon and Trevor Moran Re-Team for Concert Tour
Digital influencers Ricky Dillon (7.6M social media followers) and Trevor Moran (4.2M social media followers) announced on Monday that they are teaming for the 2016 Alive/Gold nationwide concert tour, which will kick off in Cambridge, MA, on Feb. 23.
Dillon and Moran are former members of the YouTube super group Our2ndLife (O2L), which also included Sam Pottorff, Kian Lawley, and Jc Caylen.
O2L disbanded in February 2015. Their final live tour was documented in the feature documentary “#O2LForever,” directed by Michael Goldfine (“Camp Takota,” “The Outfield”), which was released direct-to-digital in June 2015 by Fullscreen Films.
Earlier this month, Dillon released the album “Gold.” The album has spawned the singles “Problematic,” featuring a guest appearance by rapper Snoop Dogg, and “Steal the Show,” a duet with tour mate Mora.
The Alive/Gold tour is being presented by Mills Entertainment, the company behind the recently-announced world tour by YouTube stars Roman Atwood and Yousef Saleh Erakat (a.k.a. FouseyTUBE). Over the last six months, Mills has produced live events in more than 300 cities in 12 countries across five continents. Last year, the company mounted world tours for top digital influencers including Tyler Oakley, Lilly Singh, Kian Lawley and JC Caylen. Creative Artists Agency (CAA) acquired an equity position in the company in April 2015.
