Trump Declared Victor on YouTube

Americans won’t know who comes out on top in Wednesday’s Republican debate in Colorado for more than 24 hours, but the latest stats about the YouTube performance of the entire field of presidential candidates, both Democrat and Republican, are already in, courtesy of online video rights management, analytics and marketing specialists Zefr.

Democrats Lincoln Chafee and Martin O’Malley and Republican Ben Carson had the highest view growth this week, while Republican Jeb Bush’s official channel had the highest weekly views among all candidates, racking up 349K views for the week.

But, when it comes to overall views, Donald Trump is king. He was the highest viewed candidate for 10 consecutive weeks before being dethroned by Democrat Bernie Sanders last week. But this week he was once again the highest viewed candidate, gaining 28 million views.
