Univision Creator Network Now Has Beauty and Fashion Vertical

Univision built its own network for creators last year. With over 180 creaors in various verticals, including comedy and food, and digital native talent from YouTube, Vine, and Snapchat, the network is pushing big scale — hundreds of millions of views per month, according to Univision. Now, the network is looking to add to that focus with a beauty and fashion vertical.

Among the new talent joining the network are makeup maven Rosy McMichael (pictured left), style expert Alejandra “Ale” Rodriguez, beauty influencer Nicole Guerriero and singer-turned-nail-art-enthusiast Sandra Cires.

“Creating meaningful experiences for our creators, our partners and our audience is at the core of the Univision Creator Network. Our commitment to fostering leading and up-and-coming talent across several genres, such as fashion and beauty, positions us to deliver the best content from today’s internet sensations across the most popular social and video platforms,” said Steven Benanav, vice president, content partnerships & general manager of Flama, UCI.

Over the last year, Univision has made strides in its digital presence — a digital platform called Flama, the launch of the Creator Network, and various series and activations that have been collaborative between the two divisions. The focus has continued to be bi-lingual or multi-cultural enthusiasts, particularly in the millennial subset.
