Just as flowers and nature are in the blooming phase, so are we! May was a month of achievements and preparation for the coming summer. 🌸
Winners of Empreende+
In the last week of May, we were part of the winners of the contest Empreende+. This initiative, part of the UI-CAN project Universities as an Interface for Entrepreneurship, aims to stimulate an entrepreneurial culture at Aveiro University and to promote the creation of technological and creative companies, through the selection of innovative ideas, around which the creation of new companies with growth potential and commercial viability is envisaged.
Microsoft Partners
During spring we were also working in a VideoWiki app for Microsoft Teams. We created a plugin for Teams, so that the users have the possibility to easily create videos, using our technology.
After being tested from Microsoft’s team, our submission has been approved for publishing to AppSource and other relevant Microsoft storefronts.
European EdTech Map
We were also selected to be part of the European Edtech Map, a map identifying edtech companies having headquarters in a European country. The goal is to create a common picture of the European landscape in this vibrant, booming and fast growing market, and to showcase all its diversity.
