The third and final presidential debate happened tonight and it was live all over Facebook. Mashable, Fusion Comedy, NBC Universal, Buzzfeed and others each participated in their own way.

“Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump square off at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada in the third and final presidential debate of the 2016 election.”

NBC Universal went the traditional route showing the debate plain and simple.

They also pushed live shows from their Spin Room for a “Pre” and Post” roundup from the debate.

Buzzfeed opted to show a few different streams. One was the debate pool camera along with live tweets and comments which was watched by over 307K viewers.

“Watch The Final Presidential Debate, Watch These Satisfying Power Washing Videos, Or Both!”

Another stream combined a Picture in Picture, with the debate imposed over video of power washers. This entertained 1.4 Million viewers.

“Take A Break From The Debate: Watch This Giant Cookie Slowly Bake”

Yet another stream from Buzzfeed on their page Tasty opted to show just a gigantic ball of dough cooking…. and over 90 minutes attracted more than 1 million viewers.

“LIVE: Watch Uncle Sam get tortured by the debate.
Watch and interact with America, represented by Uncle Sam, slowly tortured to death by the debate process. Madame Glenda will be taking your suggestions and will be following the stringent rules of engagement.”

Fusion Comedy strapped Uncle Sam to a chair and let Madame Glenda torture him with the debate playing behind them. There were rules and triggers set up before the debate started and viewers were encouraged to suggest additional punishments.

“If you’ve had enough of the presidential election, find your happy place with kittens from the ASPCA! And while you’re at it, research shelters in your area to adopt your own: http://www.aspca.org/adopt

Mashable went for distraction kittens for nearly an hour and had 79K viewers.

No matter what your interest in the Presidential debates, you probably found a stream that suited your needs. Thank goodness that’s over.
