I am always fascinated by how I remember some dreams quite vividly. By the way, I always dream. Nope, not referring to the daydreaming. I meant when I sleep at night. Sometimes they are dreams with recurring characters like I am living a parallel life. Some continue every time I sleep!

One of these I recall, went on for years. And then I met someone who looked exactly like the guy in my dream, even the checked shirt he wore. Nope, didn’t tell him about it. Sometimes I would get confused about what was real and what was from the dream. Then they stopped.

My worst dreams are the ones where I find myself clothesless. Yep — naked. In the most unlikely situations. And with no way to find the clothes. I am aware of panicking in the dream and I know to force myself awake. Ugh!

Then there are the exam dreams. These are the most recurring ones. They used to scare me but now I find them funny. I’d end up at the exam hall, and feel completely blank when I saw the question paper. I’d recall I never attended a single class and did not prepare, and now, exam time. Then I wake up and laugh because that situation is NEVER going to happen. Also, exam days are long…
