About the role

We are looking for someone with a lot of positive energy, who is self-motivated and structured — ready to steam ahead with our busy, growing team. The role is at the intersection of our software and our customers. So an understanding of tech and an understanding of off-grid electrification is important. You might not have both yet, but would need to be able to get there relatively fast. You also need excellent verbal and written English skills. You will work directly with our Co-Founder Nabin. It’s a great opportunity to learn from him as you help him deliver on our many, exciting customer engagements.

About us

Village Data Analytics (VIDA) is a software to plan and monitor infrastructure investment in remote villages in Africa and Asia. We are on a mission to channel billions of dollars into much needed investment. A lot of our current work is around energy access and a lot is done in Africa, mostly remotely, with occasional travels.

VIDA is supported by appliedAI, Germany’s largest AI initiative, and by the European Space Agency (ESA).
