Mark Sisson, a former endurance athlete with a 2:18 marathon and a fourth-place finish in the Hawaii Ironman World Triathlon Championships, has dedicated his life’s work to helping people challenge conventional wisdom on their path to ultimate health and fitness. Mark’s all about living a balanced, happy lifestyle which for him means working hard, taking breaks to play fetch with his dog Buddha, traveling, spending time with family, and of course doing plenty of activity like standup paddling, snowboarding and ultimate Frisbee.

On his quest to empower millions, Mark travels the country to lead seminars on the Primal Blueprint way of life and hosts weekend “PrimalCon” retreats in California. He also runs a blog, marksdailyapple.com, which has burgeoned into a leading source of health information with two million unique visitors each month.

Primal Blueprint 21-Day Challenge

Noting that artificial developments in the last 100 years have led to sharp increases in rates of chronic disease, Mark recommends eating and moving the way humans are designed to. The 21-day challenge is based on ten “Primal” laws derived from millions of years of human evolution.

Whether the goal is weight loss, more energy, or just overall health, anyone can participate in the Primal Blueprint 21-day challenge. 21 days is the perfect amount of time to start eliminating old habits and replacing them with new ones. And the best part is that, armed with the right knowledge, you’ll never have to sacrifice pleasure and happiness.
