Beloved VIMworld community, 2021 has proven to be a trailblazing year for our platform and we are so appreciative to you all for being the backbone that supports it.
Our global community has celebrated with us through every achievement and championed us through every challenge this year; you have the treasures and VIMs to prove it!
As our amazing and diverse supporter base shows us, one of the most remarkable things about being pioneers on a new path is that anyone with a spirit resilient enough to take uncertain journeys can do it.
Recognizing this, and in the spirit of welcoming in the New Year positively, we want to make a special contribution to a special charity that embodies qualities VIMworld holds dear – hope and resilience.
Strong Spirits Drive Positive Outcomes
We know inspirational leaders can come from anywhere, so we believe that it is paramount to be inclusive and diverse as a platform. The story of Hayley Arceneaux is a shining example of this notion, with her having survived cancer as a child with the help of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, going on to become a physician assistant for them. Her resilience is proof that anything is possible with the right spirit and support; she now brings hope to new generations of children at St. Jude with her continued efforts.
This past year, St. Jude selected Hayley to be their symbol of hope aboard the SpaceX Inspiration4 spaceflight mission. By boldly accepting to go where few before had gone, this year she became the youngest American ever to travel to orbit, as well as the first person with a prosthetic body part to go to space.
VIMworld’s CEO, Lila Xu, chose to donate to St. Jude this holiday season after seeing her inspirational story.

Inspiring Others Despite Adversity
Stories of tremendous perseverance like the one lived by Hayley Arceneaux, and the pioneering efforts of charities such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and companies like SpaceX, are what we look to for inspiration when blazing our own trails in the Open-Metaverse with VIMworld.
As St. Jude hosts its “Thanks and Giving” holiday campaign, the VIMworld Open-Metaverse has added its support by donating 5% of our marketplace fees from this year totaling $7,500. Touched and inspired, CREAM has added a matching donation of $7,500, bringing the total donation to $15,000 USD!
We also invite you to make your own contribution to this cause alongside VIMworld. St. Jude is a cryptocurrency-friendly charity and accepts a wide variety of different tokens for donation.
