Talk to The Timid
They tell the truth better
The next time we are in a conference meeting, take notice of who is around us. There will always be the talkative guy who dominates the conversation. I don’t have a problem with those because I can always call for a break or pause. The concern I have is the timid staff members who respectfully listen to me or that guy who makes lots of noise. What is going on in their area of work?
