Privacy is more important than ever, now that we post so much of our information online. We respect your privacy. We want to earn your trust and prove that we are careful with your personal info.

This policy explains what information we collect, and how we handle that information when you use our sites, services, apps, products, and content.

What info we collect & why

We collect and store information about what pages you visit and what podcasts you listen to, comment on, and recommend. This information is used to provide statistics to podcast creators about how many hits/listens their content gets.

We may collect and store your Internet Protocol (IP) address when you are using Vino. We may use this information to control the amount of traffic coming to our site (rate limiting), and to fight malicious behavior such as spam or other abuse.

We have access to the type browser and device you are using in order to provide you with the correct format of the site (ex. mobile vs desktop).

We collect and store your email address to authenticate your account and to communicate with you. Any information you send us via email will be collected.

Sometimes we’ll send you emails about changes to our services, accounts, features, or policies. You can’t opt out of them.

We won’t email you to ask for your account information. If you receive such an email, send it to us so we can investigate.
