Wish list know-how: sharing your favourite furniture finds
At Vinterior, we know furniture buying is a team sport. Finding the perfect piece of furniture is a combination of the right item, at the right price, that is available at the right time. Even then you still seek the approval of your nearest and dearest. Let’s face it — all of our best purchasing decisions have had a thumbs up from at least one friend or family member. In the case of a professional interior designer, these kinds of decisions can’t be made without getting the client’s approval first.
That’s why, hot on the heels of last week’s announcement of multiple wish lists, we are pleased to announce our newest feature: wish list sharing.
Whether you’re browsing for armchair inspiration, or flirting with a final decision on a floor light — you can now call in the help of those who are closest to you by sharing your Vinterior wish list.
It isn’t just limited to one share either. You can share them with as many people as you like — however many people you need to help you narrow down your furniture finds — your partner, best friend(s), client or even your boss.
It’s a simple 3 step process:
- Find the wish list you would like to share
- Tap the “Share this wish list” link
- Enter the email address of the person (or people) you’re sharing the list with along with a message and press “Share”.
Your friend or contact will receive an email from Vinterior, along with your message and a link to your wish list. They’ll be able to see your top picks after signing up for their own Vinterior account.
Wish lists that have been shared with you can be easily found alongside your other wish lists, beneath: “Shared wish lists”.
We’ll be rolling this feature out to all of our users over the next week or two. Keep an eye on your account to be the first to try it!
