Who Must Do KYC? And Why Must I Do It?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a requirement in good, transparent ICO in Singapore (where Viola.AI team is based) to:
- To implement measures on Anti-Money Laundering & Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML-CFT); and
- To protect and sustain a sound and lasting relationships between Viola.AI and the Community
You must complete KYC if you are:
- a participant of our pre-sale (ONLY Whitelisted members will be able to receive their tokens)
- a supporter who’s looking to take part in the upcoming Public Sale (ONLY Whitelisted members can purchase VIOLA tokens)
The Whitelisting Process page can be accessed upon successful login.
- Log on to https://viola.ai.
- Upload a copy of your photo ID (valid Government-Issued ID, Passport or Driver’s License).
- Upload your ‘selfie’ holding the photo ID.
- Done!
KYC Application Status
The result of your KYC application will be sent to your registered email address within 7 working days from the date of your submission.
