Calling all our Contributors to complete the Token Distribution Wallet Address Confirmation Exercise on their Dashboards
To all Viola.AI ICO Contributors (Alpha Club Members),
To receive your purchased VIOLET tokens successfully, you MUST complete TWO simple tasks – (1) Confirm Wallet Address and (2) Pass Your KYC Verification.
The due date to confirm your token receiving wallet has been extended from 31st July to 6th August, 11.59pm SGT (UTC+08).
Confirm Wallet Address in 5 Simple Steps
To ensure you receive the tokens successfully, please follow the steps below.
This is the FINAL CHANCE to indicate your choice of token receiving method and the correct wallet address.
Step 1. Log in to your dashboard. You will be directed to a new page.
Step 2. Verify your previous token receiving option. Click “Change Wallet Address” if you wish to make changes to your previous option.
Step 3. Select how you wish to receive VIOLET tokens — ERC20-Compatible Wallet OR Viola.AI Wallet.
※ If you select ERC20-Compatible Wallet…
Step 4. Key in the correct ERC20-compatible wallet address.
DO NOT provide an exchange wallet address. It is YOUR DUTY to ensure you have keyed in the correct wallet address.
Step 5. Click “Confirm” and submit your confirmation.
※ If you select Viola.AI Wallet…

Step 5. We will send you a separate email to guide you on the next steps (See below).
- Download Viola.AI app
- Copy Viola.AI wallet address
- Log in to Viola.AI dashboard
- Enter the wallet address on Profile Page
Note: You do not need to do these steps now. We will provide further instructions in the next email.

Key Timeline
- Confirm Wallet Option: By 6 August
- Complete KYC Process with Approval: By 6 August (If your KYC is rejected, do resubmit within 24 hours.)
- Token Distribution for Purchased Tokens: Started early on 1 August and will be completed by 7 August
- Token Distribution for Bonus/ Reward Tokens: 29 September
Reasons That You May Not Receive Tokens [Contributors Only]
While we are taking steps to ensure all contributors receive their tokens successfully, you may not be able to receive tokens due to the following reasons:
- You have not passed KYC. As a contributor, you must pass KYC verification. Otherwise, you will not get your purchased tokens.
- You have missed the submission deadline for KYC verification. If you submit or resubmit KYC verification beyond the due date, it will delay our token distribution process.
- You have missed the deadline to confirm your token receiving wallet. Otherwise, we will send the tokens to the latest address that is recorded on your profile.
- You have given an exchange wallet address or wrong address. We are unable to verify whether the wallet address indicated is from an exchange wallet or an ERC20 wallet. Therefore, it is YOUR DUTY to provide a correct ERC20-compatible wallet address.
- You have not set up the either Ethereum ERC20-compatible Wallet or Viola.AI Wallet
If you choose to receive tokens in Ethereum ERC20-compatible Wallet or Viola.AI Wallet, please complete the steps above to ensure your wallet is ready to receive tokens.
Note: We will not be liable for any unreceived VIOLET tokens due to any of the above reasons or for non-compliance of the process required.
