Your ultimate key to spot a scammer — know the Official Admins of Viola.AI.

(The details below are updated as of 14 October 2018.)

Here are 4 things to look out for to protect yourself against scams:

  1. If you encounter any suspicious Telegram users or anybody online, the ‘scammers’, who pretend to be admins of Viola.AI, block them right away! Viola.AI will never ask for your password, your ETH address, or any other confidential information via chat.
  2. The official website is https://viola.ai. The Merchant Portal can be found at https://merchant.viola.ai/.
  3. Upon receiving an email from us, it should only be coming from admin@viola.ai (tech support and operations) or info@viola.ai (newsletters). Notice the spelling and the official domain name.
  4. You may also receive expedited communications and project-related emails from any of our Admins under the domain name of viola.ai. See the contact details of the Official Admins below.
