RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Execute social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies approved and directed by the headquarters
  2. Develop a localised marketing plan aligned with the brand strategy and directions from the headquarters
  3. Respond to pressing and time-sensitive comments and customer queries; and escalate urgent and high-level context that requires attention of/decision by the Core Team
  4. Monitor and report on community feedback, online reviews or any recurring issues
  5. Participate in relevant events to build the community, establish networks/potential partnerships and boost brand awareness
  6. Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency
  7. Build relationships with community members, supporters/fans and potential members, industry professionals and journalists
  8. Stay up-to-date with marketing/community building and crypto-ICO trends
  9. Attend regular and adhoc meetings set by the headquarters

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Passionate to make a difference to the world and fulfilling the mission of Viola.AI, “To change the world, one relationship at a time”
  2. An active member of the Viola.AI Community who is whitelisted on Viola.AI with approved KYC
  3. An influencer who is honest, adaptable, proactive, creative, optimistic, mature and professional mindset
  4. Relevant experience in at least one of the following: Community Management, Marketing/PR, Business Development, or any ICO-related role
  5. Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador/influencer/loyalty/bounty program, content distribution on social media and crypto-ICO-related platforms and/or organizing events)
  6. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events, successive commentaries/other social metrics, lead acquisition, etc.)
  7. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills (in English and respective local language)
  8. Social Media Savvy/Knowledge of online marketing channels and tools esp. BitCoin Talk, Telegram, Facebook and Twitter
  9. Attention to details and ability to multitask
