RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies approved and directed by the headquarters
- Develop a localised marketing plan aligned with the brand strategy and directions from the headquarters
- Respond to pressing and time-sensitive comments and customer queries; and escalate urgent and high-level context that requires attention of/decision by the Core Team
- Monitor and report on community feedback, online reviews or any recurring issues
- Participate in relevant events to build the community, establish networks/potential partnerships and boost brand awareness
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency
- Build relationships with community members, supporters/fans and potential members, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with marketing/community building and crypto-ICO trends
- Attend regular and adhoc meetings set by the headquarters
REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate to make a difference to the world and fulfilling the mission of Viola.AI, “To change the world, one relationship at a time”
- An active member of the Viola.AI Community who is whitelisted on Viola.AI with approved KYC
- An influencer who is honest, adaptable, proactive, creative, optimistic, mature and professional mindset
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following: Community Management, Marketing/PR, Business Development, or any ICO-related role
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador/influencer/loyalty/bounty program, content distribution on social media and crypto-ICO-related platforms and/or organizing events)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events, successive commentaries/other social metrics, lead acquisition, etc.)
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills (in English and respective local language)
- Social Media Savvy/Knowledge of online marketing channels and tools esp. BitCoin Talk, Telegram, Facebook and Twitter
- Attention to details and ability to multitask
