‘Moha’, as he is commonly called in Germany, Mohammad Abu-El-Izz is a Quality Manager by profession (an Aerospace Engineer for 15 years!). He’s no doubt, a very enthusiastic, positively-driven and motivated man who always push himself towards making a difference in everyone’s lives. He has easily captured our hearts.

What is it about Viola.AI that captured your attention and why?
A : The project and the Team easily captured my attention. As a Project and Quality Manager with long-standing experience, I can read between the lines well and can predict if a project would only have a one-day success or not.
Viola.AI is the future revolution in the dating and relationship industry!
What is your impression about the Viola.AI Team?
A : It is the best team that I have seen up to now. They are very organized and has a clear vision.
In which area of your expertise or skills do you think would give great impact to Community Management in your respective country?
A : My experience in business and social network; as well my professional history as a Moderator of the Airbus Cpmmunity since more than 10 years in Xing with more than 13,000 members; project and quality management, marketing and promotion skills, multi-language speaking ability, my historical background in leading successful teams. These and more could really help me succeed in this project as a Community Manager of Viola.AI!
