Viola.AI Public Sale: Guide to Buy VIOLET Tokens with BTC
The guide is created for users who have previously created an account with Viola.AI.
Here are easy step-by-step guide to buy VIOLET token with BTC:
- Go to www.viola.ai/login.php
- Enter your email address and password
- Once you are logged in, you will see your dashboard, that states the amount of VIOLET tokens you purchased. (excluding bonus tokens, if you have purchased before.) Your dashboard will also show a bonus countdown that will show which bonus tier you are at currently.
4. Click ‘Get Address’ as shown below
Do copy the Bitcoin address written in the box for you to transfer your BTC to.
BTC address generated will expire in 10 minutes!
5. Done! Your transaction details will be shown in your dashboard within 24 hours. You should be getting a purchase acknowledgment email from Viola.AI as well. (Do check your Spam inbox as well in case the email lands there.)
Note: If you still do not see your transaction after 24 hours in your dashboard, please email us your transaction reference number with the screenshot of your transfer to ico@viola.ai and our team member will get back to you ASAP.
