Whitelisting Progress: Checking the KYC Application Status
Log on to your Viola.AI Dashboard to check your KYC status
Greetings to the Viola.AI Community!
As a registered member of Viola.AI, you can log on to your dashboard to check the progress of whitelisting — the status of your KYC Application (and also to check whether you have already submitted for review or not).
※ Simply go to My Profile menu to check the status.
Sample Illustration #1 — Under Review
This is what you’d see when the KYC documents are Under Review.
You will receive the result from us via email within 7 working days from the date of submission.
Sample Illustration #2 — KYC Approved
This is what you’d see when the KYC Application is approved.
Congrats, you’re on the Whitelist! Note that you will no longer be able to edit your personal details on your profile from this stage.
If you don’t see any of the two status above, you should be prompted directly on the KYC Application page upon login. Meaning, you have not submitted any documents for KYC application yet.
