A Business Analyst is a people person. let me clarify what exactly a people person is, in general, anyone who has the ability to tell up with other people, can clearly express his views and comments to the general public. Like other skills Communication skills plays a very important role in Business Analyst Profile.

If we deep dive into a Business Analyst profile, that too in a startup then we can clearly understand what different roles can a Business Analyst play for his Organisation.Intersetingly there are Two other roles that can be linked to Business Analyst Profile the one is Business Development Executive and the other one is Bidder.A Business Development Executive is a person who knows the fundamentals of sales process.They mainly work on setting up Business Process Plans and to drive sales.

A business Development Executive in an IT firm mainly workers to drive projects for his Organisation.If we closely look into the role of a Business Development Executive we can find lots of similarity in his role with the profile of a Business Analyst.

A Bidder in general is a person who knows how to negotiate in a project. In any field negotiation is very much important as it is directly linked to the profit that one organisation can make if his bidder is skilled enough to get a project at higher valuations.These negotiation skills can be linked with what a Business Analyst does with clients requirements . A business Analyst in that sense creates a win-win situation for all.

The question here arises is Are these profiles solely different? Can we combine then at start up level to save expenses of an Organisation?Well this can be an interesting topic to discuss more!
