Ahmadi Plight: Dead but not resting in peace

Immunity is the very antithesis to the Islamic teachings. Muslims or non-Muslims, patricians or plebeians, rich or poor, whosoever disregards legal rules must be held accountable.

Why then should those who contravene article 297 of the PPC, a part of the much argued blasphemy laws, not be brought to book?

Sunnis tell us that the Pakistani constitution says we as Ahmadis’ are non-Muslims and we should accept that. As the article in the link above shows, there is another section in the Blasphemy law of their constitution which many people in Pakistan happily ignore.
