[Video] Whitney Houston is our Role Model

The Holy Quran says that the Holy Prophet (s) was sent as an “Examplar” for us. This shows that all of us try and find someone after whom we may shape our character.

We try and emulate footballers, pop and movie stars. But what does this teach us to emulate? Nothing but to hanker after the trappings of pomp and wealth in this world.

Emulating the Holy Prophet (s) would teach us to sacrifice our lives for the sake of Allah and his creatures as did the Prophet (s) and his companions.
