My virtual assistant keeps an eye on my project management software. I have her trained to look for milestones that are due and then follow up if they are not completed on time. She makes sure all developers stay on track. She does this at a fraction of the cost of a project manager.

Processing Orders

Train your virtual assistant on your order fulfillment process. This approach gives you a backup in case you are busy. During holidays you can speed up the fulfillment process by using multiple virtual assistants.

This approach keeps customers happy and keeps money flowing into your bank account.
