Capturing Growth in an Evolving Market

It is clear that the web3 metaverse space faces challenges, particularly on Cardano — many of the projects involved in this sector have closed, reduced their scope, or changed significantly. Retention and then growth are factors that need to be considered for any project — the ‘build it and they will come’ mentality just is not enough.

To ensure this growth and retention we decided to delve deeper, creating more value from the ground up, with a downloadable PC and Mac client which will allow us to capture the scale needed for our vision of Cardano Island.

A New Economic Model on the Vanar Chain

We are also revolutionizing our approach to in-game resources by decentralizing our resource model on the Vanar chain, where each resource is transformed into a standalone token. This innovative economic model includes features such as a halving emission rate, token burning, and massive utility, adding strategic depth to resource management. These changes are designed to engage players in new and challenging ways, ensuring that their actions within the game have real-world economic implications and rewards. This model not only enhances gameplay but also aligns with our vision of creating a sustainable and scalable virtual economy.

This move ensures broad accessibility and leverages the robust power of personal computing to enhance every gameplay aspect — whether you’re cruising in your car, piloting planes, or navigating yachts, the experience promises ease and fluidity.
• Innovative Partnerships for Scalable Avatars: Through our collaboration with Metagravity and the dynamic team from Maians, we’re poised to unveil Avatars that not only scale efficiently but also boast high-quality visuals. These Avatars will revolutionize game interactions, introducing enhanced security features and deeper engagement with the game environment.
• Transparent Progress and Community Engagement: As we advance toward a beta launch by the year’s end, we remain committed to transparency and community involvement. Expect monthly updates and development videos that will keep you informed and involved in our progress.

Next Steps

The map of Cardano Island is vast, dwarfing other virtual worlds to put it into perspective: it’s 20 times the size of Elden Ring’s open world and 10 times larger than DayZ map. Due to its immense scale, we’re constructing the map in sectors, each undergoing rigorous internal testing. Soon, we’ll be calling upon our first group of beta testers to explore the initial sector called South Valley.
