In this week’s exciting Devs Update, our host Jaka was thrilled to welcome back Nabeel, the CEO of Big Immersive, along with Maheen, the talented Game Designer from the same team, and Travis, the diligent Partnership Manager from Virtua. Nabeel’s Return and Seasonal Developments: Nabeel expressed his delight in being back and shared that the past three months had been a whirlwind of activity for the team. They have been hard at work developing the groundbreaking Founders Season, delving into the intricacies of blockchain integrations and constructing the entire platform.
Understanding Virtua Seasons: Nabeel provided a brief overview of Virtua Seasons, explaining that they blend the cherished elements of Virtua’s OG community with captivating experiences for newcomers entering the Virtua Ecosystem. These Seasons promise an array of benefits and rewards exclusively for being part of Virtua! Users can effortlessly track their Season progress via the Virtua ‘Prime Dashboard,’ which displays accumulated Experience Points (XP), requirements for the next level, season end dates, and more.
Exciting Seasonal Rewards and Activities: Each Virtua Season boasts high-value rewards, attainable by engaging in various Virtua activities such as games, quests, and crafting. Participants can easily monitor their Season XP from their activities and track the XP needed to progress to the next level. It’s a thrilling opportunity open to all, with each Season lasting around three months.
The Guardians and Founders Season: Maheen, the esteemed project owner of The Guardians and the Founders Season, spoke passionately about the team’s relentless efforts over the past few weeks. This Founders Season is the grandest takeover Virtua has ever seen, and the team has worked tirelessly to ensure its timely delivery. Maheen exuded excitement over the mesmerizing themes woven into the Season’s rewards, including epic 3D items that players will cherish.
Focus on User Acquisition and Gaming Metaverse: The team further delved into the importance of Seasons for user acquisition, a primary focus for Virtua as it strives to become the premier Gaming Metaverse. The goal is to integrate numerous Web2 games into the Virtua Games Network, creating a thrilling new experience within the Gaming Metaverse. Travis shared that he’s been engaging in talks with several gaming projects and studios eager to embark on this thrilling Web3 adventure.
Gamers Lounge - A Gateway to Multiple Games: Nabeel concluded with an exciting announcement that in the Founders Season, players will have access to a multitude of games, most of which will be accessible through the innovative Gamers Lounge. This fresh experience is a delightful offering from Virtua, available to all users who create an account.
Countdown to the Launch: Mark your calendars, for the Founder’s Season is set to launch on August 1st. The team is brimming with anticipation for this momentous event.
