At OpenLink, we offer a number of Partner Programs aimed at organizations seeking to integrate our Universal Data Access (“UDA”) Suite of ODBC, JDBC, ADO.NET, and OLE DB drivers/providers/connectors and/or our Virtuoso Universal Server (“Virtuoso”) multi-model RDBMS and Middleware platform into their own product and service offerings.

Benefit Details

License Generation Service

This tool provides you with immense flexibility including —

Business Development Cycle Management — e.g., encouraging transition from Prospect to paying Customer
Processor Usage Limits — factor that allows alignment of the value of processing performance with pricing, i.e., multithreaded operations may be priced more highly when running on a larger number of logical processors (threads); may use OS-based features (e.g., CPU Affinity) where possible to use only the permitted number of logical processors on a machine which has more (currently implemented for Virtuoso and planned for UDA on Linux and Windows; not yet and may never be possible on macOS; implementation on other OS may be considered in future)
Concurrent Database Session Limits — factor that allows alignment of the value of concurrent usage with pricing, i.e., the number of client application connections may be limited or expanded (irrespective of the number of actual application users) in line with concurrency and scalability requirements
Granular Operating System Support — factor that allows alignment of the value of OS deployment flexibility with pricing, i.e., usage may be limited to a specific OS (e.g., only macOS or only Windows) or may be permitted on any OS supported by the product; may also be limited to Workstation-class (e.g., Windows Workstation, but not Windows Server) or Server-class (e.g., Windows Server but not Windows Workstation), or permit either
