Over the next week, VisaHQ for Business will begin to debut a fresh look along with some exciting new features. As we move forward, we want to ensure that you understand the changes that are coming and how they will make your experience even better.
After over half a decade of changing the way people think about applying for a visa or passport, VisaHQ has grown to serve a diverse group of clients and partners around the world. As we’ve matured into a global company, listening to our clients has been a crucial component of our success. Our new user interface was built using your direct feedback and incorporates many improvements that have long been requested by clients just like you.
In the next few days, we’re transforming our VisaHQ for Business platform by taking our award-winning technology and making it relevant to users in 2018. You’ll notice a redesigned layout that is more intuitive to use and 100% mobile friendly for making on-the-go travel plans… You will love the clarity and ease of use our new UI has to offer. Simple instructions will guide you through the application process and help even the most amateur travelers navigate each step.
Here’s what to expect in our initial release:
- A redesigned landing page. Not only is our new design more aesthetically pleasing, but it showcases additional information and resources for the user. Access to services, contact information, and traveler resources are all more easily accessible.
- A clear view of existing and in-progress applications. With a user-friendly status tracker, photo editor, and document upload tool, our new UI allows you to have more control over all of your applications. With a single click, travelers can access tools to manage their orders and view detailed status reports of any in-progress applications.
- Simplified processes. With an improved flow, users will be guided through account creation, VisaHQ’s SmartForm application, and the order confirmation process with ease. In addition, newly redesigned email templates feature concise information to alleviate confusion for users.
- New ancillary services. The launch of our new user interface has allowed us to roll out additional service offerings, such as a business letter generator, document legalization services, and more.
These changes will help your travelers better manage their visa and passport applications. With more changes on the way in 2019, we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop. As a reminder, if you have an existing VisaHQ account, nothing will change with your login information or account details. You’ll still be able to access your account in the same way.
