VIIP The need of the Era..

Vishwaniketan provides VIIP as an opportunity to all the students currently studying in universities across the nation, it provides a chance to work and study in abroad universities. The parent company Centre for TeleInFrastruktur (CTIF), after making a phenomenal global contribution in IPR based research, product development, has paved its way to CTIF Global Capsule, which is promoting transformation in Indian engineering education through PBL.

The fundamental idea is to create design/product development engineers in India by involving them in high-end projects, abroad summer training, and even Ph.D. fellowship, etc. At Vishwaniketan firmly believe that education has no boundaries. The best possible global exposure and learning provided to the student help them transform themselves into ideal global citizens. Vishwaniketan not only believe in this philosophy but, has also taken major positive steps towards achieving this goal by implementing international programs The Vishwaniketan network has created tie-ups with Universities abroad for undergraduate as well as Ph.D. fellowships for students and faculties. In the last six years, 700 students have completed VIIP.

These summer trainings have modified the engineering students completely in terms of focus, life skills, technology learnings, and even long-term career planning in product development/startups. Inspired by this experience, Vishwaniketan Network is creating such extraordinary opportunities available to All India students. The second- or third-year engineering students of all branches are eligible for this training, however, he/she should have experience of working in teams. Since our Indian Education System is becoming outdated, Vishwaniketan has its ways to educate and train students by Industry Experts which makes them industry ready, it is a course where you gain knowledge of technologies used by the industries and are inspired to create a product with the help of knowledge gained during the session. Also, in terms of Technology, India lacks as compared to western developed countries. That is where Vishwaniketan makes all the difference. It has created tie-ups with foreign universities for the students, which allows them to have access to the latest technology and also the new upcoming ones. This is what the program is all about. The program includes sending the students abroad for 45 days to their desired or chosen university where they are taught about the new technologies and are assigned a project to showcase their gained knowledge and do immense research regarding the project which helps them to expand their knowledge. Once completed the training, University grants them the Certificate of Completion, which is very useful when it comes to getting a job. Imagine having a certificate from a foreign university to put in your resume, which also creates a great impression on the companies you approach.

Below Given are the Guidelines for the VIIP Project:

1) These fellowships/training are done under the Project-based learning environment. The main focus will be on more than just classroom teaching, Practical skills, and the ability to complete a high-end future technology are also included in this training. The expected outcome of the project will be an Indian startup. Business funding can also be made available for extra-ordinary entrepreneurs with the help and support of the Vishwaniketan Incubation center.

2) The students will represent India at the universities abroad. Their attitude, code of conduct, and behavior are extremely crucial for the training. They are also responsible for the reputation and esteem of India.

3) The student should work at least 4 months to prepare a few projects or technologies for this training. So, it is advised that students must have completed a project with complete innovation and dedication. The students are also allowed to take help from Vishwaniketan for this preparation.

4) The total cost varies from INR 1.53 lacs to 2.65 lacs depending upon the choice of university. It includes travel, stay, tuition, food, Visa, etc. The student will be required to carry food items as instructed from India. Fresh items are included in the budget for food.

5) No certificate of training will be issued by the host university if the project is incomplete or even if the behavior of the student is not satisfactory.

6) Incase strict cleanliness is not observed during the abroad stay or non-compliance of instructions of the foreign supervisor or Indian teachers with the students, the host university will cancel the certificate.

The final objective is to create Indian Entrepreneurs, products for the Indian market, expand the Indian market, which is majorly occupied by Foreign Technologies, break through the barriers of classroom learning by providing them with practical knowledge of the latest technologies in the market, creating design and product engineers which are industry-ready, inculcating positive values and working ethics in the students which will help them in their future life. The provided Certificate of Completion is created by the host university which adds importance to your job applications and can be used as proof for completion of the project in the resume and its recognition by the host university.
