North Korean visited Iran in April, which went under everyone’s radar

Why? and for what?

I wanted to share this news back in April ASAP, but because there were so many different things happening in the world, this post stayed in the drafts.

But finally, I have a chance!

So the North Koreans made a surprise visit to the Iranians a day or two after Iran’s lightshow in Israel.

They sent a delegation consisting of the economy minister of North Korea and it was reported by different people.

It was more or less a surprise visit by them, because I couldn’t find any information on whether this was planned or not.

However, I can think of a few things on why they sent this delegation:

1. The Iranians succeeded in doing what no one else could do except Saddam did, which is to send missiles into Israel and demolish Israel’s deterrence. Probably to offer them respect and congratulations
2. The Koreans tested a new nuclear command and control system just a day before going to Iran. This new system takes NK nuclear capabilities to a new level . And with Iran, who achieved nuclear status unofficially, they’ll want this piece of tech to enhance their capabilities.
