The Middle East just imploded today, I don’t know if this is the start of the WAR…
There is just so much to unpack here.
What prompted me to write this post, wasn’t Houthis taking another ship, nor was it the withdrawal of IDF in Gaza, nor was it the Tel Aviv man stabbing and Grand Theft Auto incident.
It was Iran bombing the hell out of the supposed Mossad Headquarters next to the US Consulate in the Green Zone. Which is start of a massive escalation, because after the start of October the 7th, Iran hasn’t been directly involved in anything. This is the first time, missiles launched from Iran have hit US and Israel assets in the Middle East.
What Iran has done has put down the Gauntlet.
Here’s what happened. Initially reports came of 4 missile strikes directly on Mossad Headquarters, which was right next to the US consulate. The headquarters was completely destroyed as you can see from the aftermath footage and as of right now it is also indicated that the US consulate has been severely damaged as well.
Iran used Khyebar Sheken missile which is a manoeuvrable warhead and they purposely fired the rocket from southern Iran. The target was approximately 1230km away making it Iran longest missile attack.
