Tammy Reese: Congratulations on the film premiere of Lifetime Movie Networks “Envy”, which you are cast. What feedback did you receive about your role from those who watched?
Kore Stacks: Everyone who saw the movie was so happy for me. I think because I took a year off and was silent from the business, everyone didn’t see it coming.
Tammy Reese: You recently were at an event with the legendary ladies from R&B group Xscape. What was that like for you?
Kore Stacks: That was an honor !!! My mother used to play their music a lot when I was a kid so to be a grown man, chasing my dreams, and being in the same room with them showed me I’m in the right direction. They were very sweet to me and gave great advice on the industry.
Tammy Reese: What are you currently working on?
Kore Stacks: I’m working on the BET show “Tales” season 3, my Ep “ Rebirth (Sallie 1231) which will be dropping on all streaming/download platforms. I also will be a supporting actor for Carla Saunders independent film “No Reason” alongside Mimi Faust from Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, and I have something very special with Zeus Network coming soon.
Tammy Reese: When you’re not in creative mode as an actor, model, and music artist, what do you enjoy doing?
Kore Stacks: When I’m not in creative mode I love to just be around my close friends, my circle is very small. Simple things like going out eating, have few drinks at hook lounges and amusement parks. I love working out as well.
Tammy Reese: How do you plan to use your platform to empower others?
Kore Stacks: I plan on using my platform one day to open a performing arts school.
Tammy Reese: How has being in the Entertainment industry made an impact on you?
Kore Stacks: Being in entertainment made a great impact on me. It gave me thick skin, it pushed me to go harder because nothing is ever giving.
Tammy Reese: What was the best career advice you ever received?
Kore Stacks: My best career advice was “ Never let your past dictate your future” and that was from the rapper Lola Monroe.
Tammy Reese: What else would you like our readers to know about you?
