Mandelmanns Trädgårdar in Skåne, Southern Sweden (video)

Since 1996, Marie and Gustav have been organic farmers in Skåne where they have been raising cattle, pigs and hens in a culturally traditional setting. From the cow’s milk they make their own Halloumi cheese called “Fjälloumi” and the restaurant’s dishes are carefully made from the ingredients their garden has to offer. In this video, the two share their story, philosophy and lifestyle they believe is associated with organic farming.
