If you’re not making money for someone, your security isn’t working.
A return on investment from security, it sounds simple, but the problem is that there exists a general consensus among some that security is zero sum — a blackhole investment. This is simply not true.
Profit from security?
While seemingly difficult at first the return on investment from security is easily measured. For this next infographic I’ve teamed up with Barricade’s CSO Jeff Reich who has over 40 years experience in information security, to explain how you can profit from security. We’ve simplified and democratised some of the most technical insights when it comes to quantifying and justifying security expenditure. The motif of this infographic, is the reenforcement of the fact that you can and will make a profit from security.
