I don’t deserve anything. I am not a good person. I am useless. And there are many other disturbing things about yourself. Most of you might wonder why. It is when you don’t meet your expectations or do something wrong or against your moral codes.

It is in human psychology that he thinks he curses himself or his luck when nothing goes right or things go against his will.

Why do we think bad?

At least once! I thought everyone in their life had bad thoughts about themselves, and it is not uncommon.

We think we are bad because we want to be better. We think we don’t deserve anything because we hate our bad habits.

So, it can be concluded that people who think that way are good people. They are not satisfied with their bad habits and curse them to do so, and I am sure they will want to leave that habit. And if it is in the past, they surely feel guilty about it.

What if we don’t pay attention?

If we think bad about ourselves and don’t pay attention to this matter for a long time, the feeling might get stronger with time, and it may lead to suicidal thoughts. No one attempts suicide overnight; it is an old feeling against themselves or that they are losers.

What should we do?

Instead of cursing ourselves, we should try to improve ourselves. We should try to be the best version of ourselves. We should try to avoid doing things that we feel are wrong.

We should avoid bad habits, and we need to appreciate ourselves for our good deeds.

Instead of cursing, we need to embrace ourselves and try to be happy as much as we can. We should do favors with ourselves and don’t harm ourselves for our past deeds. Instead of looking down on ourselves, we should feel sorry for our mistakes and promise ourselves and God not to repeat them in the future.

If we do something wrong with others, we should apologize to them and promise not to do anything below humanity ever again.

We should follow at least our moral codes and values.

By making small changes in our personalities, we can change our way of thinking about ourselves.

Meditation and control of your emotions can help you overcome this situation, and you may help your friends if they feel that way.

Never feel that you are a loser or that you are good at nothing. You were created for a purpose you just need to find it and pursue it. There is no need to feel guilty if you are not good at something. I mean, fish cannot fly and birds cannot swim they are made for specific purposes, and they are good at something that others can’t even do.
