I recently took a personality test and discovered that I am an INTJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging).
If you have ever wondered what a day in the life of an INTJ is like grab your favourite cup of herbal tea, because I’m about to take you through a typical day in my life. A day where while I aim for balance, advocate for resilience, and unleash my creativity, I also find reasons to be joyful.

Morning – The Foundation of It All
I’m a big believer in the power of a good morning routine. It sets the tone for the day, and I take mine seriously – just not too seriously because sometimes things don’t go according to plan. Also, what’s life without a little interruption?
My day begins with a quick workout. Sometimes it’s running, or walking and other days it’s strength training. On my busiest days I do at least one 40 second plank. I’ve learnt that showing up consistently is better than trying to do everything perfectly.
