Vite Community Rewards Campaign: Video Contest!
Dear Fans of Vite (pronounced [vi:t] or veeeeet):
Wanna tell the world how you got to know Vite? Wanna tell us why you love Vite? Come on now and follow my lee~ee~ee~ead!
No matter your nationality, age or location, as long as you love Vite and want to tell us about it in a video, you are the one we are looking for.
Bounty period: July 26th — 28th
A. What you need to do:
A1. Shoot a video of yourself on your phone (holding your phone in horizontal mode like this)
A2. In the video:
- Tell us your name, your school/work, how and when/how you got to know Vite, what you love about Vite, why you purchased Vite (if you did) and what you expect (or hope) Vite can be useful for in the future.
- Speak in your NATIVE LANGUAGE (MOTHER TONGUE).
- Give a hand gesture of “V” (with your thumb and index finger, like this)and say “Love Vite!” IN ENGLISH.
- The video should last up to 1 minute.
- Remember: the person appearing in the video must be yourself (at least one of the people in it should be you).
- Also remember: Vite is pronounced [vi:t], or veeeeeeet. It rhymes with feat.
A3. After shooting the video:
- Subscribe to Vite Labs Official Youtube Channel
- Upload your video to Youtube with the title “I’m [your name] (in your native language) in [your city] loving Vite!”
- Follow @vitelabs on Twitter
- Tweet out the link to your Youtube video, and include #lovevite and $Vite in your message.
- Complete this Google form (Important!)
A1 thru A3 must be completed within the Bounty Period mentioned above.
B. How your videos will be used:
We will select 10–15 entries based on creativity, video quality, and compliance with the guidelines outlined in part A above. We will then create an official video by combining and editing these selected videos. The official video will be posted on Vite’s official website as well as our Youtube channel.
C. What you will get:
- The first 100 valid entries will earn 500 Vite tokens each, and the timing of each entry is determined by the submission time of the Google form.
- Top 10 most re-tweeted messages get 1000 Vite tokens each.
- The 10–15 winning entries each earns 2000 Vite tokens, and the submitters appear on the “Community Star” wall on Vite’s official site. Creativity (e.g., standing in front of your local landmark) boosts your chance of winning. In general, we love videos where your location can be easily identified by their background
- Only one entry per person
