At VivaDrive we believe that collaboration is the best way to learn and do something meaningful.

Our mission is to help companies and municipalities/cities to turn their car fleets green — introduce Electric Vehicles and alternative modes of transport like car sharing or bikes in their organisation. That way we help them to reduce their environmental impact.

We also help external customers and partners innovate, solve important business problems and leverage the value of AI and Big Data technologies. For instance we helped companies digitise the document recognition process or introduce drones and robots in the infrastructure monitoring process, increasing work safety and making them paperless.

We want our collaborators/employees to help us build this cool project and at the same time help them grow and accelerate their careers. We employ so-called Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE), where we give our staff autonomy in choosing solutions, space to make errors and an open and inclusive environment, where we all can grow.
