The cold waters of the North Sea harbor a vibrant community of marine life and offer fabulous coastal diving opportunities. Boddam Village on the east coast of Scotland is an easy-access location where you can dive with the local seals in the summer kelp forest at high tide. My advice is to bring your dry suit. It is the North Sea, not the Caribbean.
