Vocal Minority is proud to announce its ninth grantee of 2018: Mi Familia Vota.

Mi Familia Vota is a national civic engagement organization that unites Latino, immigrant, and allied communities to promote social and economic justice through citizenship workshops, voter registration, and voter participation.

They’re in the thick of a massive voter registration campaign, and we’re proud to support their efforts:

We were impressed Mi Familia Vota for the following reasons:

  • Impact: As of a week ago, they garnered over 80,000 voter registrations in Latino vote rich states.
  • Reach: With operations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas, they’re increasing voter turnout where it matters.
  • Revenue: With a $1.7 million budget, our grant will make a difference.

Learn more about Mi Familia Vota on their website or Facebook page.
