When we @Vocal Visual make the statement that is what we are, let’s look into what it entails.

The word solution by definition means:

1 a means of solving a problem or dealing with a difficult situation: there are no easy solutions to financial and marital problems.
• the correct answer to a puzzle: the solution to this month’s crossword.
• (solutions) products or services designed to meet a particular need: we are an Internet marketing firm specializing in e-commerce solutions.

What should be the goal of a solution provider?

While you may automatically gravitate towards the simplicity of, to solve a problem.

We are working from the belief that there is more to it than that.

In the definition, “dealing with a difficult situation” is the area we are referring to more so when the statement is made being a “solution provider.”

For the purposes of what we are writing about, running a company, a startup, marketing, design or development. There is a necessity of creativity to find real solutions.

However, it is the process in which we go through.

Not a step-by-step process or one solved with SaaS, but one that combines self-awareness, resources, and exploration.

A while back, I was told by a friend of mine who was a regional business manager of Apple stores. That one of the key traits they look for in certain hires is that of self-awareness.

To “deal” with a “difficult situation,” we are of the belief that you focus on the “What” and the “Why” to arrive at the best “How.”

In work, that is what we do.

In life, we strive to do the same.

“We are solution providers.”
