Exactly as their tagline suggests, you can track leads, manage follow-ups, and do it all with a zero learning curve.
Actually, it is more, a whole lot more in fact. Almost every email I send gets a quick Bcc address added. Therefore, every recipient gets added to my contacts (if they are not already in the CRM) and the contents of the email are added to the contact’s profile. With the paid versions any attachments are also stored. But I love the task feature the most. It is as easy to use as you could hope for, yet powerful enough to be of great value. (And hint — hint, interaction with tasks are coming to an Alexa device near you via our company’s audio dashboards.)
