It’s been another busy year for us at Voice, beginning and ending with incredible artwork produced by our community. As we prepare for 2023, join us on a walk down memory lane.

In January, we curated a community show at Musee Dezentral, where we showcased the work of incredible talented artists.

In February, applications opened for Season 2 of our incredibly popular NFT Residency. The program focused on the themes of justice & equity and produced a number of incredible collections from artists around the world.

In March, we thanked our earliest community members with the biggest airdrop ever done on Voice.com. We were thrilled to host the drop of Meemz, mix and match collectibles, and we celebrated our first ever official Photography Week.

April is Earth Month, so we celebrated by planting a tree for every NFT minted on Voice (it was 40,635).

In May, we began dropping the collections from our Season 2 NFT Residency.

June was full of incredibly exciting times, including our first ever Times Square billboard–we still believe the art is the utility. We partnered with Street Theory to drop From the Block to the Blockchain, an incredible collection by some of the world’s most talented street and graffiti artists.

In July, we kicked off drops from our Women Rise Residency, which are absolutely stunning and all had strong messages..

In August we talked about what makes digital art worth collecting, helping the next generation of art collectors into the digital sphere. We also welcomed the New York Academy of Arts to our Residency suite, working with established traditional artists to put together their first NFT drops.

Those artists dropped in September, blowing us away with their talent and willingness to experiment.

October brought another exciting partnership into the world: our first residency with PhotoVogue. It was our biggest program yet, with more than 70 artists from around the world producing stunning collections.

In November we headed to Milan for the PhotoVogue Festival and Arizona for our own version of Miami Art Week.

December brought a major platform update, where we transitioned to the EVM ecosystem. We also dropped the Milk and Honey collection, celebrating the work of incredible EMEA artists.

There’s so much to come from us and our community — we can’t wait for 2023. Thank you for all of your support, and Happy New Year!
