A Bustling Week at build3: From Tech Setups to Artistic Collaborations

Last week at build3, our place in Goa, was packed with lots of different activities.

The week started on Friday when I was busy getting our ‘Founders for Founders’ (F3) project down to a two-page summary. It was quite a task to get all our big ideas into such a small space, but I managed to do it.

Then, there was the challenge of setting up our new digital display with Prashant. We had a few problems at first, but we figured it out eventually. It was a good reminder that solving problems can actually be fun.

We also got the date confirmed for the Shasn Cup, which is happening on the 17th. We’re just waiting for the promotional stuff from their team now.

Later that day, I talked with Varun about starting two new programs. We’re thinking about doing a wellness activity during our Tuesday lunches and setting aside time on Wednesday or Thursday evenings for business-related talks.

An exciting chance came up too — we might be hosting an art festival here with Prof Kaustav. I’m looking forward to seeing our space filled with art.

On Monday, I worked on spreading the word about the Shasn Cup and kept working on the digital display. I also planned with Alyse for her upcoming jazz performance and art class.

I spoke with Bala Chandran from Headstart about possibly working together on our ‘Startup Social’ event. It sounds like it could bring some new energy to the event.

Tuesday was about finishing up the F3 project and adding more options to our ‘8 Days a Week’ program. These new options are designed for entrepreneurs at different stages in their businesses.

By Wednesday, three people had signed up for the Shasn Cup, which is a good start. Alyse agreed to not only perform music but also to teach an art class every week. She’s even thinking about painting a mural for us.

One of the best parts of the week was talking to Prof Kaustav from NIFT. We came up with a plan to run an art workshop for kids in need. We’re thinking of doing this in January and combining it with talks from our build3 members.

We had to move the herb garden event and the theatre workshop to next week because of other things happening. But being flexible is important to us.

Looking back at the week, I’m really proud of how build3 has become a place where people come together to share ideas, learn, and be creative. Every day, there’s something new happening, from tech stuff to art projects. It’s more than just a workspace; it’s a place where entrepreneurs grow, work together, and find new ways to look at things.
