How to Deploy an ERC20 Linkdrop

Linkdrop is an airdrop, where instead of sending tokens directly to Ethereum addresses, deployer generates a list of ‘claim links’. Learn more

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open https://volca.app/#/demo
2. Login to the account holding tokens via Metamask.
3. Choose parameters of a Linkdrop: token (e.g. 0xaec2e87e0a235266d9c5adc9deb4b2e29b54d009 for SNGLS), tokens dropped per link, Ether per link (optional), amount of links:

4. Deploy the Linkdrop Smart Contract by clicking the “Create” button:

5. Set gas price according to ETH Gas Station. (Choose Standard Gas Price minimum.)

6. Wait till transaction is mined. It may take a few minutes.

Don’t close this page while transaction is processing. If it takes too long, just refresh the status by clicking the “Refresh” button

7. Approve the Linkdrop Smart Contract to send tokens on your behalf. (Approve button will appear after the Smart Contract is deployed.)

Click on the “Approve” button

8. Download a CSV file with the links generated by the web app or use JS library via instructions here.

9. Distribute the links to the claimers. 🎉
